Women's clothing is too varied give proper estimates without seeing what needs to be done.
We have had surprising success by getting images via text and have done everything from re-cutting a bating suit to fit someone who lost weight, to altering wedding gowns -- all done well via text and images.
In fact we have come to learn that women know how they what a garment to fit, and better results are achieved when they take an active role in measuring the clothes for alteration. Plus, your home is more private and its so much more convenient to have things picked up and dropped off.
