What is a Direct Democratic Charitable NonProfit

The website is a business platform that operates through an online direct democratic accounting and management application. We are a Nonprofit corporation which you as a user control, you don't own any part of the corporation, as it is a nonprofit. The corporation is an entity on its own, it can sue you, and you should see it as a person. 
As a company we operate as a Direct Democracy, this means we do not have a manager, management done by everyone, so if you want something done, use the website and message everyone, if 51% say yes, then that is what is done.  

Although users do not own the corporation or its assets, tenants hold a lease and what is described in the lease is there's, it is private property that can only be taken away if terms of the lease are not kept or rental is not paid!   Many large buildings in major cities, especially New York City, are built on ground leases that can run for hundreds of years. Although this may change in the future, the first few tenants get a lease  that does not go up in price,  and can be renewed as many times as you like.          

Business activities through our delivery and sales provide support services for local business communities, we pay our service providers well, and the profit we generate  goes to build off grid affordable housing.  All business activity is transparent and visible online to our members and directors, if you make donations or offer work and services it will be meticulously documented.  

What I invision may be very different from what will become, this is a direct democracy, this organization will make its own choices. Nonetheless, our fundamentals of transparency, and the social work is fundamental and codified in our bylaws and irrevocable.  The key to this working well is inclusion, democracy and transparency. 

We may build different types of affordable housing structures, but they will always be rented, never sold, and each operated by its tenants via our management app.  

Here is possibly the most important aspect, you must participate, you must communicate with others or you will be swept aside. As in any democracy if you do not participate you are not part of it. All valid choices can only be discussed in our messaging app, and announced to everyone involved prior to enactment, all else has no validity.           

The slumlord business can be  excellent, renting to low income people is profitable, in our case since, we are a nonprofit we take that profit and build more housing. Thus, if we are successful we will make geometric progress eliminating poor housing options and replacing them with sustainable quality affordable housing.    

Furthermore, we are a social media application, we can add many features of crowd sourced assistance for our tenants and members, for example online social services, like therapy and education.
